  • Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
  • Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
  • Cost of excursions, sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than mentioned in the 'Inclusions' box.
  • Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Drinks consumed after midnight are not included in the All Inclusive package and will be charged at hotel prices.
  • Facilities not included on this sheet will be charged at regular listed hotel prices.
  • Drinks consumed on excursions are not included on the All Inclusive package and will be charged at hotel prices.
  • Fresh fruit juices are not included in the All Inclusive package and will be charged at hotel prices.

  • Mini Bar items are not part of the all-inclusive package except for 2 bottles of Mineral Water which will be replaced daily.
  • Theme Nights are not included in the all-inclusive package
  • Maximum occupancy per room 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years).
  • Standard check in time of the resort is 13.00 hrs. And check out time of the resort is 12.00 hrs.
  • Any new taxes by the Government of Maldives resulting in additional cost will have to be borne by the customer only.
  • All inclusive entitlements will end at the time of check out at 1200 noon.
